"We stayed at this propert for a week and had a great time Positives:. Cleanliness, tile work, woodwork. Well appointed with coffee provided spspectacular view from deck and side yard. Washer Negatives - last 500 meters of Road is dirt. Slow going due to rocks and large pot holes I recommend this house highly. But be aware the road is slow going"

"Guida and John are wonderful people and great hosts. They went above and beyond, including coming to meet us at a nearby restaurant when we were completely lost! The room was warm and comfortable and spotless. The view was spectacular (we even saw a Toucan fly by!). We would highly recommend this beautiful home away from home and definitely give it 5 stars!"

"We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Poas Volcano and area waterfalls. Our stay here was WONDERFUL! The place is clean, updated and has such a beautiful view. The host had great communication. We booked the place specifically for the hot tub and it did not disappoint, such a relaxing way to end the day after lots of hiking. 10/10 recommend!!"

"The cottage is one of 3 rental units plus the owner’s house near the top of Vista Atenas, about a 7 min drive from Atenas. You will need a car but probably not a 4x4. The cottage DOES NOT have pool access which we learned only when we arrived - only 2 units do. This was a big blow for us. (Owners claim it’s the website’s fault on the listing). Additionally, the studio has no patio or deck. So you’re inside or you’re out in your car. It is an open-plan studio with pleasant decor. There was a...
