"The reception staff were generally very friendly and helpful, offering useful tips such as where to exchange money, which I really appreciated. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the restaurant. The Albanian cuisine is absolutely delicious - it was a real treat to dine there. I highly recommend trying the local dishes. The room itself is quite compact and the space around the bed is limited, but it was adequate for my needs. The hotel also arranges taxi service to and from the airport, which is very convenient. I did have one issue during my stay - I requested a wake-up call but unfortunately never received it. This nearly caused me to miss an early morning tour outside the city, which was quite stressful. I hope the hotel can improve their wake-up call service to avoid this happening to other guests. Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and exceptional restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall."

"El servicio durante el desayuno no es muy bueno, en general el hotel esta excelente, los cuartos maravillosos, en una zona muy centrica, eso si con mucho ruido por el trafico que se genera en la zona, pero todo muy bien en el hotal."

Piscina no tiene pero a cambio tienes hamacas y sombrilla gratis por se huésped Mala comunicación para moverse , solo taxi (caro). Alrededor existe gran oferta de restaurantes. Zona similar a Benidorm mejorado"
