“Unfortunately our stay was uncomfortable due to several issues that were not clearly communicated before booking. 1. Cooling: We were told not to open windows or balcony doors because of the central AC/air-filtration system. Despite temperatures around 30°C during the day, our rooms remained extremely hot and stuffy. We repeatedly asked for the AC to be adjusted, with little effect. The first night we could leave our doors open, but once another guest arrived, we could no longer do so and had……

“The location is perfect no doubt instructions to check in all well and good. But we couldn't close the balcony door kept falling at night. Complained next day fair enough the owner sent handy man to fix however it was not fixed and we were unable to sleep as the noise from outside was horrible! When I asked again on Sunday they just said since is a Sunday we cannot send anyone so we literally had 3 sleepless nights during the holiday. Not sure how they dont check the condition of property……
