My experience with the hotel was terrible. I had to change rooms a total of four times, and both the hotel and the rooms had a horrible odor. However, the staff was wonderful. They were kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Randa and Harsha were truly the best part of my experience. While I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel, I genuinely appreciated the kindness and excellent service provided by the staff.

I found the staff very friendly and courteous. However, my wife and I found the hallways and common areas had a terrible smell, like the carpets needed cleaning, the elevator also had a moldy smell. I will not consider this hotel if I am ever again in the area.

People need to stop leaving reviews positive when there is no way it’s true . Shower door broken wouldn’t slide so water leaked all over the floor. Hairs all over. Blood stain on pillowcase. Ac unit worked well and sheets and bed otherwise were okay. Needs attention to cleaning a hole in the wall not taken care of. And need to fix things that break. Toilet loose when you sit down like it will fall off.

I had groups of black ants crawling on me and in the bed. and on the floor. The breakfast food looked like vomit and the sausage and gravy were extremely watery. The carpet in the hotel has an old moldy smell. The Staff gets 5 stars, and the renovations appearance was aesthetically pleasing. Alot of noise in the hallways early in the morning. Smokers are allowed outside the door closest to the rooms and avoiding the smell was not possible,
