The roof in the shower and washroom was damaged. I walked down and moved rooms. The new room was damaged too. Not worth $220 USD. I was surprised of the condition.

Horrible. This hotel is so run down. Filthy dirty. Peeling paint. Chipped doors. Missing lamp shades. I can’t believe this is a Hilton. Very sad. Our toilet was leaking. We let the front desk know Saturday morning. We got home late Saturday night. Nobody had even entered the room. Same exact puddle. Extremely disappointed. And this was by no means cheap. I would never stay at a Hilton again. Used to be you could trust that name. No longer true. Staff was friendly but they can’t help the conditions. Simply unacceptable.

There was a problem with Microsoft so there was an issue printing keys when we arrived. The front desk and hotel staff handled the situation very efficiently and professionally.

Very dirty hotel. Rooms had an odor. Lobby had one as well. AC couldn’t get the room below 70 when the sun went down. During the day is couldn’t get below 75. Bar staff was miserable and not very attentive. Front desk was very good.

It feels like this used to be a beautiful property but its due for a face lift and general maintenance. Terrible/ no air conditioning, rooms dont get below 77. Lobby looks beautiful but has an overall garbage smell and very hot! Three very stressed employees working front desk, takes all three of them a long time to get you checked in. One women was very helpful but the other two were just there to slow her down. The showers were dirty and dont drain. Location cant be beat. One night max! Be preared to pay 20 dollars to park.

This property has very clearly seen better days. Hilton is usually a safe bet in terms of hotels, but this one was in such a state of disrepair that I would have changed hotels if I could have. The paint was peeling and hanging from the ceiling. The room wasn’t very well cleaned. There was room service from the previous guest on the floor in the hallway; when we alerted the front desk it took them over an hour to come get the old plate, that had leftovers on it and had flies coming from it. The air conditioning wasn’t working well in the whole building; our room never got below 78 degrees, even though we set it to 70. The curtains were ripped. The pool area had no clean towels and the pool was freezing. In the parking garage when we left in the morning there was a smashed wine bottle in the middle of the road. I will never stay at this property again, and I recommend everyone avoid it, unless you’re getting the room for free.

We only stay overnight we didn’t have a chance to look around but the property is clean, the beds are comfortable. The only thing was the restaurant is slow and disorganized.

Do not pay extra for any upgraded rooms because I paid for an executive room and when I checked in at the hotel they told me it was unavailable didn't receive my funds back but they gave me free breakfast instead.

The hotel was very close to the MVP Arena where I was attending an event which was a plus. It was also close to the Adirondack Trailways bus stop. There were homeless people along the barrier of the hotel which was concerning. The hotel overall was well kept but amenities were basic. Staff was okay but there was no extensive customer service they were only pleasant enough to complete check-in and answered questions and/of only spoke if a question was asked. The pool was nice but there were no towels there on the night of our arrival. The room was basic and clean but the air conditioning was not very cool and it was humid in the room overnight. There are not many dining options close to the hotel but the area was pretty quiet. It was an okay stay but would probably not visit again.

The room was musty and toilet not clean. My daughter immediately said it was musty, then she seemed to have an allergic reaction from sleeping in the room, puffy eyes and sneezing. So, I would recommend sensitive people to find elsewhere. Also, there was an incidental fee of $150 for 2 nights! This was not mentioned anywhere I saw prior and was quite a surprise, especially considering the state of the hotel. We will not stay here again or recommend.
