“The hotel was really nice & maintained. Some of the staff were very helpful and we appreciated that. We were at the hotel for four days. Each day, we wanted to visit sightseeing spots in and around the city, so we were up and out each morning. We were under the impression that the housekeepers cleaned the rooms daily, unless we requested otherwise. Nevertheless, our room didn't get cleaned until the 3rd day. We mentioned it to the front desk clerk but she stated housekeeping was gone for the day……

There was a tall trash can filled more than half full on the first floor. There was a water puddle in my room the first night. My sister wiped it up and we dismissed it.
