“Pros: Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. Lovely small Spanish town (busier at weekends with Spaniards coming to their apartments, no hotels) with plenty of very convenient restaurants & shops open in early October. Cheap (1.5 euro each way) & convenient bus to Valencia. Pura very helpful - thank……

“Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias……

“Ja, das Appartement war in Strandnähe, aber sonst würden wir es nicht nochmal buchen. Die Ausstattung war schlechter als erwartet, abgenutzte Töpfe, weder Zucker noch andere Gewürze, keine Kaffeemaschine. Die Toilette roch unangenehm stark und der Toilettensitz war nicht richtig befestigt.Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten uns dreckige Umgebung. ”
