Room was clean and in good condition. Staff was courteous. However, I had to check out earlier than I had booked and the hotel receptionist said that Expedia would have to refund me and that I should call Expedia. Expedia said that that the hotel had to reimburse me. So, I left upset because I don’t know who is right and feared I would not get a refund at all.

Comfortable and convenient! The lobby area was very nice, and everything was clean. The location is very close to a great local coffee chain in addition to the mall and numerous restuarants and stores.
