“This is an ideal apartment for a solo traveler or couple. It's right in the heart of Madrid, with access to everything you'd want or need to see the best of the city. It's comfy, and plenty spacious, with a washer/dryer as an added bonus!”

“What a fabulous treat. Alberto’s home was welcoming, chic, and everything it was promised to be. He was communicative, friendly, and an absolute lovely person. The beds were comfortable, the patio was fabulous (although, we wish the cushions were out on the chairs so we could spend more time there) only fault is we ran out of hot water when we both showered in the morning. (Although we are two ladies, so that may be an us problem) - I’ll be staying here next time in Madrid which will hopefully……

“The property is in a practical and accessible location. The place was clean, well-organized, and quite equipped, although it has little ventilation. The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable; it is very small, especially because the door opens inwards. The hand dryer is too noisy and does not work well. During the stay, only one towel per guest is provided; if you need more, it will be an additional cost/fee. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable, but it is spacious. “Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die zentrale Lage ist bestechend. Man kann eigentlich die ganze Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden.Shops, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind auch direkt drum herum. Ich würde sofort wieder dort wohnen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war erst etwas träge. Aber am Ende war man sehr bemüht! Das Bett ist für zwei große Menschen vielleicht etwas schmal.”
