Alderson Vacations from $732

The bath tub didn't have a slip proof mat in the bottom to keep you from slipping, the faucet handle on the shower was broken, the stopper in sink was broken, carpet was filthy, beds were only big enough for 1 person even though they called it a queen bed, no table or chairs. Wouldn't recommend you to stay

We arrived at 6pm. We were told we would receive an email with our room number and door code. We never did receive the email and had to call the number provided and leave a voice mail. We were called back with codes but couldn't open the door so had to call again to find out we had to turn both locks. There is no onsite hotel check in. Finally found the apartment room for our 1 night stay. Opened door and towels were on the bathroom floor, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and bed was unmade and sheets not changed. Called back to say we were not staying there and had to call another hotel chain to get a room for the night. The pictures of the apartment are way better than the apartment that we saw. Since we guaranteed the room on credit card, we will be disputing the charge.

Wonderful stay! The hotel and grounds are beautiful! It is obvious that the owners care about every detail!
