"We booked a place to stay that it was horrible! Then, we were lucky to find this hotel, Jose Régio in Portalegre. A great place to stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful (we got a flat tire and do not speak Portuguese!) The place is very clean and comfortable."

"Stayed here for one night on a long day trip and it was very cute and typically portuguese. I would stay here again especially for what you get for the price it is a steal. A very cute town with many cute towns around it, really good place to rest on a road trip. I would stay again"

"We stayed there as a group of 4adults, 1 child and a dog for a long weekend and loved it! All you hear there are birds and other animals far away. Very peaceful.
