“Location is excellent. However, standard of property is poor and in desperate need of some TLC and a deep clean. “We stayed in the jungle room. The room was upstairs we thought it was joined to hot tub area a quick walk through the stunning house to private garden area was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff could not do anymore to make our stay amazing. Make sure to bring cash for cocktails and honesty shop. Fire pit was lovely to sit at in the evening also.”

“Auchendennan is a great base for the area and the cottages offer a very pleasant environment. We enjoyed our stay but would suggest the following areas which could be improved. The equipment in the cottage was not great considering the premium price. Our bin was broken and had to have a weight put on top to hold it shut. “We had a very difficult time locating the property. Using the directions link in the app, we were taken to a private residence down the main road. We reached out to the manager via the app, but never heard back. We eventually found it by simply Googling the business’ name. I had to reach out to management prior to our stay to get instructions for check in and accessing the key. Thankfully the process was very super.The property itself is quiet and tucked away. “Lovely small cottage. Easy check in and check out. We were told on the day we could check in earlier than 5pm. Place was warm and comfortable. Good location and easy to find. Balloch nearby has some lovely food places. Firelogs were extra charge which was disappointing as usually is included as standard and you could only get it before 4.30 which is when we arrived so we didn't get to use this. Overall good stay.”
