“The hotel is located on a very busy main street and was extremely noisy. As a result, I was unable to sleep well during my stay. While some staff members were helpful and friendly, others were less accommodating. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, and this was the poorest hotel experience I have had in terms of communication. Before my trip, I sent three messages through Expedia regarding my reservation but never received a response. Based on my experience, I would not stay here……

For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk – and not even any cups. “The property was pretty confusing to check into. I messaged the host and never heard back about how to get in but did eventually figure it out. One of the fold out beds was broken but still functional. There was a fan in one of the bedrooms but it didn't work. The drain in the shower was FULLY clogged to the point that the whole bathroom would flood. You could see on the floor where water had been going before and where they had attempted to fix it. One of our party took the drain apart and……

“Location was only a 5minute walk to the beach. There was few parking spots however were full both days we stayed therefore we had to look for street parking. Checking in was easy but there were no internet. We emailed the host on second day but never heard back. The unit is small but sufficient for a 2 night stay. The kitchenette was useful and the pull-out couch was actually quite comfortable. ”

“Its was crazy small for even 1 person to sleep. Sofa was prett useless and do urself a favour. Book a proper place unless albatros is willing to invest in better bed. ”
