Was able to check-in early which was nice as well as laye check out. Was a little dissapointed that wasnt given a top floor unit though I requested one 3 months in advance. Also my unit's patio didnt have a table but a couch which made eating out there awkward. Great location, clean suite, a bit outdated decor, but was a pleasant stay and will return.

Overall it was a nice resort. The room was loud though. We got a room that backed a service road and the trucks would drive thru or go in reverse with a beeping sound. In the morning housekeeping was loud in the hallway. The grounds were neat and clean. The pools were nice but kind of misleading. I asked about pool hours and was told they are 24/7. While the pools are open the slides aren’t.

Booked our villa very last minute, staff was extremely friendly and punctual allowing us an early check-in. Villa had all we needed and more. Pool area was neatly maintained and was enjoyable for a day of sun. Thanks, Scottsdale IHG!
