Over all it was a so, so experience. The property was clean and very nice, but the staff service and communication were very disappointing. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary, on the first day I spoke with the concierge about having a bottle of Champaign delivered to our room the next day at 11a. I wanted it delivered at that time, due to our schedule for the day. He arranged for it to be delivered and I even tipped him $20 to ensure it was taken care of properly. It wasn’t delivered on time and when I called guest services, they didn’t have any record of my inquiry. It finally showed up an hour late.
An that same day, we had planned to eat breakfast in our room from in room dining. When we called to place our order, we were told that in room dining was not available that day. There was no notice provided, prior to us calling to place our order. That left us scrambling to find breakfast even though it was well within the allotted time. A little proactive communication would have been very helpful.
The next morning we did order in room dining for breakfast and it took 1.75 hours for it to arrive, when we were quoted 45 minutes.
The bar staff at the Outdoor bar wasn’t very friendly. It took several minutes for them to take our drink order during a non busy time. The bar tender was so rude that people on both sides of us commented on his rudeness.
