Had a great stay at Rise. Staff was very helpful and the room was lovely and spotless. They’ve created a great vibe with fun amenities. Restaurant and cocktail bar with both very good.
Loved the hotel and stay, the staff was friendly, Derius was very helpful at the front desk, and also the Cuban lady that cleaned our room was very nice and attentive, would definitely come back and recommend
We really enjoyed our stay. It is a very cute, well designed property. The outdoor areas are beautiful and lots of places to sit and relax including the pool area and roof top bar. It was never noisy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
The first room I was in the tv didn’t work and there were sunflower seed shells on the floor from a previous visit.
The staff was amazing and assigned me to another room. The new rooms carpet was dirty and hot water didn’t work in bathroom.
I booked a room here for my daughter who needed to stay a night in Phoenix. She & her boyfriend loved it there. They raved about the popsicles, the room and the pool.
This hotel is so different it’s very nice and retro, my room was nice but right by the bathrooms and were the workers would get there supplies so my patio that I paid for with a fire pit was not that very enjoyable because someone was always walking past and looking. Next time I will do a Terrace or balcony for more privacy.
The stay was pretty good, amenities, restaurant and bar. Staff welcoming and attentive, the popsicles were refreshing with unique tasty flavors. We were close by to our attractions, hiking. The one thing that seemed odd is the tv didn’t work consistently. Though we were barely in our room, one night we wanted to relax and just watch tv. Maintenance came by 2x to reset, connect the remote, but after you turn it off the next time it wouldn’t work again, only showed screen savers. So, that’s the one minor thing that was a major pain to keep experiencing.
Loved my stay here the amenities were great. I sat pool side in a cabana which was included great music at the pool and also drinks and food can be served.
staff is super friendly and helpful (shout out to Derius). the environment and common areas like the pool are vibrant and lively, feels fun and relaxing
Great place to stay in central Phoenix. Cool design with excellent functionality. The pool bar and pool — with shade coverings, misters and fans — makes it enjoyable to swim year-round. And Cartel coffee makes a nice addition to the very nicely landscaped property. Stay there.
I really enjoyed my stay at Rise Uptown Hotel! The property is beautiful and has a resort-like feel with a great pool area. The food was also really good especially the fish tacos. They were 10/10, and the mocktail was amazing! I do wish they had a larger menu.
The only reason I’m giving four stars is because my first night was difficult due to a lot of noise from the room above me. If you stay here, I definitely recommend requesting a room on the top floor.
Thankfully, Derius was absolutely amazing and made my second night so much better. He ended up moving me to another room. He was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, even helping me when I got locked out of my room. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service!
I was here for a business trip and didn’t get to enjoy the resort as much as I would have liked, but I will definitely be back!
The hotel was so cute and unique. The restaurant had amazing food and cocktails. The pool was so nice and relaxing.
The Staff was INCREDIBLE!!! I cant say enough about this place. Cant wait to go back.
