“Absolutely fantastic stay at Tomate Rooms. Brilliant location for the esplanade, marina and beach. Within easy walking distance to the hub of restaurants, bars snd ice cream parlours. Apartment was really spacious, full of amenities and a super comfortable bed. We loved the whole recycling vibe and ethos of the setting. Lovely touch with the free use of beach towels, parasols and chairs. First come, first served to choose them but always something there to borrow. Made a good holiday fabulous!!”
“I cannot highly recommend this property enough so this review won’t do it justice. It’s perfectly located and central in the old town of the city, with bars and restaurants a stones throw away.
We loved the space of the apartment and the general feel being in an old character building with high ceilings and French balconies with lovely views of the street below.
Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would need, including a washing machine!

“The hotel was extremely hot during our stay, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room properly. It was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and made it difficult to sleep. The room really needs a more effective cooling system.”

The location in the Old Town was excellent, with many of Alicante’s main sights just a short walk away.
The hotel has a beautiful traditional exterior that is very well maintained, while the interiors are modern and stylish.

Only issue we had was we couldn't leave our bags in the luggage storage as the code didn't work, and I messaged to see if we could leave them for a few hours on the day we checked out and I still haven't had a response. I ended up paying for storage near the airport bus stop instead”
“Stayed in this property last month. I would recommend you download the Limhome app for any codes etc....makes life really easy. Communications are difficult eg I asked how to get to the property on landing and got a response which said they didnt know. Uber from the airport is 20 euros. Location is very good. YOu can use a bus for 4.50 euros but this will get you to the castle or the market both of which are walkable but if u have luggage get a taxi.
The place is 15 mins walk from the beachfront……
