“The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.”

“Cleaning staff is quite noisy. Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air.”

“The "motel" is more like a resident homeless shelter!! The place is full of derelict adults and rat ass kids running around the parking lot, I damn near ran over a few. The property is run down as hell, although I will add that my room was indeed clean and the bed comfortable. Don't expect any amenities, there's absolutely none!!”

“Private, cozy place that’s comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Nice small town area but easy access to Hamburg, Orchard Park, and Buffalo. ”

“The staff was very nice and the property was a far more interesting stay than a typical hotel which was a benefit. The shower could have been a little cleaner but, the stay was good!”
