"This was the perfect romantic getaway and escape from the city. The location was easy to get to, check in and check out was incredibly smooth and painless, and the room itself was so cozy and cute. We especially loved the little pet additions (and he loved the treats) that welcomed our dog for the stay. We made use of the kitchen for dinner and breakfast, and the spa was enjoyable as well!"

"Very nice breakfast! “Rooleff” from the desk cheerfully helped my husband get the tv going. Good bed and nice white linens. Close to numerous fast food restuarants. A place we would definately chose first in the future."

"Great location west of Calgary for easy travel to Banff but would recommend Canmore or Braggs Creek. The hotel has a good bar and restaurant so no need to leave the hotel to get something to eat. We were away for over two weeks so the use of the laundry room was so convenient for us, meaning we didn’t need to take any dirty laundry home. We used the pool and jacuzzi which was very warm at 40.c. There is ample parking, with amenities close by, fuel station, McDonald’s, A&W, and a liquor store. The Calgary ski jumps are to the rear of the hotel, but a real shame they are no longer being used, you cannot even travel up the ski jumps anymore"

"We stayed in the Trappers Tent and rented bedding and camping gear. They were very accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. The property was nice and views from the river were spectacular! The only issue, which wasnt a huge issue was that the host had trouble responding to our pre-visit inquiries through the Vrbo app."
