Excellent location, clean large room and helpful staff.

Good food and staff, service a bit slow at times Rooms dated and need good clean, public areas need a revamp, housekeeping staff lacking in skills - asked for room to be serviced each day but had to make our own bed two days running and were left with unwashed mugs and hairs in sink and bath Heating turned off on 1st April, and when we questioned we were given an inadequate heater

We stay here often and never disappoints

Kitchen clean and well equipped, good condition, modern. Parking was simple to access and secure. Had to call as problem with key box lock code, but was assisted promptly and politely by Louise. 5*

The room was roomy and comfy, but there were some dusty spots on the surfaces in both the bedroom and bathroom. The cleaning staff could definitely use some more care . I was a little startled to find something curly and hairy on the bathroom counter when I checked in , but it turned out to be just an old eyelash. Additionally, the bath towels were old and stiff. On the positive side, breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot and cold, sweet and savory options to suit everyone’s preferences.
