“Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them……

“I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues”

“The place is super clean, modern and comfortable. It’s very walkable close to everything we wanted to see. The only complaint is the street noise all night made it difficult to sleep (maybe provide ear plugs).”
