"Not a great stay. Wouldn't recommend. Place was very basic and not as clean as it could have been. Old food in the fridge and dishes in dishwasher. No blankets or extra bedding available and with only a sheet on the bed. Not as pictured. Loud neighbors above, bright lights in window at night. Washer and dryer listed as available but didn't work. Check in process requires to go through another service and provide them with your lisence and live photo. Lastly, I find it strange that they won't...

"Location, Location, Location. If you want to explore Soulard, this is the place for you!! Walk to farmers market and many bars and restaurants. The apartment its self was good. The courtyard could use some attention. There were no games as listed and the fence to courtyard needs fixed. The apartment was clean but could tell the floor need a different kind of cleaning agent. They were sticky from a swifter or cleaner or something. We had to wipe the tv down in order to see the screen...

"Great location in the Soulard neighborhood. Just over a mile from Busch Field, within easy Uber distance of everything downtown including awesome restaurants. Joe, the owner, was great All in all when we come back for more ballgames we will rent again. "
