"They had a hard time finding out reservation, but they eventually found it and then we had no problems at all. They have a happy hour with snacks and 3 alcoholic beverages (beer or wine) a night while there. They have a good breakfast and 24 hour soda. This is our second time staying there and will be always staying here when we come to St. Louis."

"We always stay at a Drury but this one was different, it was very loud , we had to park away from the building and had to pay 19 for parking. Will stay by the airport next time. "

"Our comforter was visibly dirty, and the front desk staff was rude twice. Our key cards didn't work. The line for the elevator was very long and busy, and we had to keep waiting in it because of our key cards. When we asked for a new comforter, we got one but had to make the bed ourselves. All the linens had holes in them, from pillowcases to sheets, and we paid so much for the location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, and I loved the NA wine on the menu. The valet staff and concierge were kind and helpful. "

"Definitely didn't end up staying and had to lose money because they wouldn't refund us. It was not a safe place for children. The parking garage is like a block away in the sketchy part of Down town. I couldn't imagine staying so we didn't. I wouldn't have been able to sleep because it was scary location and outside there was a bunch of homeless and gang members. "

"Smooth check-in, comfortable clean bed, easy checkout. There were a few elevators down and the hotel was possibly completely booked - very long wait in the morning to get an elevator down so we took the stairs from 10th floor."
