“Very nice and cozy spot. When we were inside the property it didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. Lots of restaurants, bars, and a cigar lounge in walking distance. Very nice area. Thank you so much!”

“I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent from the beginning; they were always friendly, responsive, and helpful. We loved the coffee provided, which was of excellent quality. We also greatly appreciated having laundry facilities with detergent included. “This is a very nice property. It was very clean and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see (the arch, Busch stadium, union station, soldiers memorial). We needed help with a couple of things when we checked in and the response from the host was very quick, less than 2 minutes. I highly recommend this property.”

“Joe was great host. He checked in to ask if we needed anything that was not stocked, but they already had everything we needed. He gave us great recommendations for food. Bogart’s BBQ was THE BEST! The apartment was exceptionally clean! Beds were super comfy. We slept great. Area was very walkable, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Great location for a wonderful stay in STL.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The unit I received was not the same unit that was advertised and booked. When I called to address the issue, the host stated that he “should have canceled” my reservation rather than attempting to resolve the concern.Upon arrival, I noticed several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including scratches on the walls, brown marks and discoloration in various areas, a broken dishwasher, and a lack of basic amenities.
