The only issue I had was that a few trucks that were hauling trailers patked sideways across the parking lot and took up most of the parking spaces. If you are a person that does this...dont.

The staff is absolutely awful. Extremely unprofessional people that seem to take pleasure in creating issues for their customers. I showed up at 10:45 at night after driving halfway across the country and was told they didn’t have a room for me. When I expressed how dire the situation was, the grown adult with snakebite piercings at the front desk dismissively said “you’re not the only one. We’ve had three other people this happened to today.” As if that level of mismanagement with their bookings was understandable and it was fine that multiple people were left without rooms they paid for. I can’t get through to anyone for a refund with Expedia or the property and I’m livid. I slept in my car last night because I couldn’t get a room. NEVER even considering staying at this place again.
