Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Overall the stay was excellent, but the front door is an issue and is a problem to lock. Called the agent and they set the maintenance team off to sort it out. It was ok for the rest of the stay but it has been mentioned in the visitor book from previous stays.
