"As usual this Parador is housed in a lovely old building. There are examples of antiquity all around. The public rooms are comfortable and spacious and the bedrooms have everything one might need. An excellent breakfast is served and there is a dining room for lunch and dinner. "
"Great value and a good location if you’re wanting a little more space outside the confines of Mérida. Situated at a shopping area, you can walk to the big supermarket, and restaurants. Hotel a tiny bit dated (old shower tub in the bathroom) and the balcony would have been nice to have chairs, but the pool was unexpectedly quite nice, especially in the heat of the afternoon."
"Remembering this is a rustic Spanish Hotel in a very small and quiet town, service by Pedro was amazing, with the help of Google Translate it was a great one night stay."

"The welcome desk staff was fantastic. Told us that the museum was only open on Sunday and as we were leaving on Tuesday so if we wanted to see it we should go there first. Absolutely the most helpful advice we got. We loved our room and the location. Absolutely a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend it. Cannot say anything bad about it."
"I felt taken advantage of at this property. When we checked in they informed me that Expedia had under charged me as a single and I was traveling with my daughter. So they had to add extra fees for her and for parking. Even after I showed them the reservation confirmation clearly showing 2 people on it, they insisted I pay extra fees.
But the location was convenient. "
