“Property owners cancelled with no explanation 3 days before the stay (booking was made about 3-4 weeks in advance). Got full refund, but it was so unexpected and got no additional gesture of compensation either from Vrbo or them. If I wanted to cancel within that period, I would have had to pay at least 50% of the cost.
