Stayed two days for a quick trip to Disneyland. Hotel has been remodeled and is a value resort. They were redoing the breakfast room so it was continental only - cereal, granola bars, pastries, oatmeal, coffee, and juice. For the price, everything was as expected. Very clean. The accessible bathroom had no space to store or place any items (e.g. hair dryer, toothbrush) which was frustrating. Lots of noise at this room due to proximity to elevator (guests talking loudly) and housekeeping staff playing music in the laundry room.

Staff was super friendly, clean rooms, breakfast room was being renovated so they didn’t have hot breakfast, but they still had a ton of options for food. We stayed here for Disneyland and it was perfect. I would stay again and refer others.

Clean rooms , friendly staff. This is our 3rd time staying there with kids . They are remodeling their dining area which should be ready sometime December but still offered quick breakfast, cereal, milk, fruit, juice, granola bars etc . Only complaint but to the family that stayed above is there were kids stomping around at 6am in the room today for about 2hrs , great way to wake up smh

it was absolutely disgusting it. There was no laundry. There’s no hot breakfast. None of this was disclosed to us even upon check-in. They didn’t tell us. There was no laundry service. We were never told there wasn’t a hot breakfast we had 5 rooms we all had small children and we’re counting on breakfast they sent an email the night before I was to arrive telling me that my room was no longer available, but didn’t disclose it. There was a hot breakfast. I would’ve changed to another hotel but there were five of us in this party with different rooms some of them are elderly some of them had babies. This was awful. I’ve stayed there for years and I will never stay there again.. It was an awful hotel is a mess and they told me I had a redone suite I had the same suite I have last year nothing was redone and nothing.

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel is very convenient to Disney, shopping and dining options. The price was very comparable with other hotels in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Breakfast menu was limited because of construction at the time. Grab and go options only. Was not told about this until after checking in. Staff is excellent, friendly. Location is great. Walkable to free shuttle bus to Disneyland. Clean room. Comfortable beds.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room was clean. The air conditioner and heater worked. The the staff at the front desk was polite and friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed interacting with Sergio and Yolanda at breakfast, they were great! They worked really hard to keep everything stocked and clean and tidy and they are very friendly. My only complaint would be out of our week long stay, we only had 2 days of hot breakfast. The rest of our stay was grab and go fruits and cereal and pastries , which was a huge variety so that was appreciated but I missed the warm breakfast on those days. Please tell Sergio and Yolanda they are doing a great job and their efforts are much appreciated.

Reservé con tres meses de anticipación una habitación específica, pero al llegar no me fue entregada. Me asignaron una habitación similar, ajustaron la tarifa (lo agradezco) y no me cobraron el estacionamiento (también lo agradezco). Sin embargo, hubo varios detalles que afectaron mi experiencia: El desayuno completo que promocionan no está disponible debido a que el restaurante y el hotel está en remodelación. Solo ofrecen un desayuno básico sin opciones de proteína. El servicio de limpieza en la habitación solo se realiza hasta la tercera noche o si uno lo solicita expresamente. Nadie me informó esto al momento del check-in. En resumen, aunque agradezco los ajustes en tarifa y estacionamiento, mi experiencia general no fue buena. Considero importante que el hotel sea más claro con la información desde el inicio para evitar sorpresas al huésped.

The staff didn't take care of a linen change request when asked so I had to sleep with a wet blanket. The mattress was old and sagging. There was only a single set of tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom when we checked in. The breakfast is grab-and-go. The front office was closed early in the morning when we left so we couldn't get coffee. The room decor was old and outdated and the carpet was filthy.
