Called the front desk right away, it took them 2 hours to ‘look into it’ until i finally asked for another room because it was getting late. I was told they were sold out except for one room that they were saving for an emergency and asked if we could just make it through the night in a room with a leak onto the bed. When I said no. I was told they would ‘see what they could do’ after continuous calling back to see what resolution they could offer, they finally moved us. The second room was right next to the elevator. It was loud and the TV would not connect to anything which I was not going to complain about because at least the beds were dry. But the garbage can next to the elevator was right outside of our door now and it had not been emptied. It was filled and over flowing onto the ground and smelled terrible and it took over 24 hours for it to get emptied. Still tried to make the best of the stay, went to the gym on site, the water dispenser was empty, so went to the lobby market to get a bottle of water, they had none so i asked the front desk if they had water anywhere else.
