Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Equipped with amenities and a Roku TV, this renovated apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. This spot is located 9 minutes from the airport, 6 minutes from downtown, and is in walking distance to restaurants and stores. We look forward to hosting you!

The space
Guests have access to the entire #1 apartment. This small apartment consists 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

The space is most suitable for 2 people.
Sleeping arrangements:

•1 Queen bed (sleeps 2)

*small twin the floor mattress available upon request, please let us know in advance so we can have extra linens ready for you*
Guest access
Guests will be given a door code to access the #1 apartment. Guests have access to 1 parking space in front of their unit. Parking is tight, so please be mindful of other vehicles.
Other things to note
•This is located in a 16-plex apartment building that is currently getting renovated. During normal working hours, expect the noise of construction.

•There are currently no window screens...yet!

This is the end unit in what appears to be an all-vacation-rental building. At least two other units are listed on Vrbo. The apartment is pretty small but nicely decorated. The bed was SUPER comfortable and we slept well all three nights (this was pre-cruise for us) It was a little disappointing to find that the reclining sofa was broken and there wasn’t really anywhere to put our luggage (we didn’t want to hang everything in the closet. Additionally, we were supposed to be there four nights and yet we were only given one washcloth and one towel each. Reusing towels I understand, but not washcloths. This apartment is in a good location - we were able to find what we needed reasonably close. However, we took an Uber most places as it was a bit far to walk. The unit is in pretty good shape and very clean. Overall a good stay.
