Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. Perfect for a short stay for two and a dog. Fenced area is small but works well for potty breaks. Decorations for christmas were very cute and enjoyable.

Very easy to find, perfect spot to unwind from a stressful drive up from the Kenai Peninsula. Host was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect place

This is a wonderful place. It was just perfect for the two of us. My spouse had surgery and the recliner options were wonderful. Alison is just great. I’d definitely stay here again and again.
