"I was given a room that had no reliable heat except for a space heater with weather in the 40s. I woke up in the morning, turned the space heater on(I left it off that night for safety ) and plugged in the coffee maker and the power went out in my room. I called the emergency number to get someone to help me because I was sitting in a cold dark room and I was told I would not have someone come help for two hours. I asked for a refund and the response I got from Dylan was that he was going to honor the refund, but since I posted a negative review (simply saying” no heat no power”) he said that he was unable to give me a refund. So, I was going to be given a refund for legitimate inconvenience, but Dulam’s response makes crystal clear that this property values good reviews over their customer service.
