Welcome to the rustic ski cabin! This charming condo features a wood burning fireplace that guests will love after a long day on the slopes. Guests can relax on the deck and play a game of snooker on the convertible dining table.

Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter, or mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, and hiking in the warmer months. Try the famous Curry Fried Chicken at the Enchanted Circle Brewing Company, just over one mile from the condo.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Angel Fire Resort Ski Area shuttles pick up and drop off skiers at designated condo shuttle stops. Pick-ups and drop-offs will be integrated into the normal shuttle routes between the parking lots and the ski hill. During peak holiday dates, the condo shuttle will run a continuous route with no charge to our guests. During off peak times, the condo shuttle will be on a on-call basis only. Guests can call 505-603-1038 to request a ride. All they need to do is tell which condo and how many guests need to be picked up, and a shuttle will be sent directly to that location. (Antelope, Bear, Deer, Cougar, Fox)



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Shouldn’t be a short term rental
This property is in too much disrepair for renting. While it had been surface cleaned, the years of accumulated dust and dirt on the furniture and walls was grimy, uncomfortable and caused us to be sneezing the whole time we were there. It also caused us to wonder about mold in the walls or under the carpet. The king mattress was damaged and caused the middle of it to sink down such that your head and feet rose up. We couldn’t sleep on it. The bunk beds are also damaged so that you can’t use the headrest. We tried to sleep on the futon but it was so dusty we couldn’t. The glass door going out to the upstairs balcony, was so heavy and sticky that it took two of use to open and close it. The screen door fell off at first attempt to open it. The faucets in the showers didn’t work so we either got cold or too hot water, nothing in between. They did come and fix that on the last day. The windows were dirty and smudged and the screens were caked in dust. This place needs a deep clean and functional, clean furniture, showers and doors to be an acceptable rental. The rental company, Vacasa, was responsive, but said they wouldn’t apologize for dust because it’s a dated unit. We’ve stayed in dated units and don’t mind that at all, but dust so thick that we sneezed the whole time we were there? That’s not cool. This place shouldn’t be listed.

House was nice and clean. It was tricky to figure out the heat. The house would be cold and then extremely hot in just a few minutes.

Great, but needs updated
This condo was great, but the bedrooms had no heat!! The upstairs bathroom shower didn’t work nor did the jets in the tub. No tvs in the bedrooms. And no pool on site!!! Over all this condo was in walking distance to the slopes, and has a hill for sledding. Parking can be difficult if all condos were booked, but we had no problems. We would stay again, it’s just needs updated.

Not overly pleased!
Online registration was great. Simple and quick. Was a very nice unit. Problem was when we actually arrived. Lower bedrooms did not have heat. This was difficult, especially when temperatures went down to 2 and 0 degrees. There were also no kitchen lights. On-site did not respond for two days. This made it difficult for cooking in the evening. When they did get a light fixed, it was above the sink. Not the actual kitchen light that was needed.

I don’t recommend this property
The location is great however the parking is horrible. The shower and bathtub had other peoples hair all over them. The clean dishes in the cabinets actually had food all over them. Tne silverware had food all of it. Cleanliness is a major issue for this property. I would not stay here again.

Nice upstairs area. Downstairs / bedrooms were 'tight' and very cold. Needs some updating and maintenance, but we were able to get most things to work ok. Parking was hard to find for two cars. Proximity to resort was good, right across from parking lots.

Clean comfortable place to stay. Would stay there again if future travels bring us back to Angel Fire. The only problem with the property is parking for a full size truck is really difficult

Great Location-Needs some TLC
Although this is a great location and the house is pretty cute it is really tired. The carpets are stained and dirty, the garage door would not close (and no assistance was sent when we called vacasa) and basically the place just needs a new update/cleaning. There are a lot of stairs so make sure that you are able to negotiate stairs well if renting this place. Not the worse place we have stayed just needs some TLC. Price was great though.

Beautiful scenerio, tons of space!
The property is in a superb location for summer or winter. The balcony and even the kitchen window provides a wonderful view of mountains and valley. There are a lot of stairs--and at 8400 feet that's a real consideration--as the unit has rooms on four distinct floors. But the common spaces are great and the bathrooms quite nice. Unless you don't like taxidermy (there's an animal head or skin on many walls--the bobcat opposite the TV was a bit much), we recommend this place enthusiastically.

Perfect location but LOTS OF STAIRS
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location. Walking distance to the shuttle, sledding hill outside, but close enough to town that you can drive just a few minutes anywhere you need to. However, we brought my 1 year old daughter & the pictures didn’t show clearly just how many stairs there are or how wide the slats are. My daughter or my 3 year old son could have easily fallen through. There are also gas wall heaters upstairs & downstairs that are very dangerous if touched. We also saw several open exposed wires & outlets that we did our best to cover because they’re also super dangerous if little fingers were to go in them. The kitchen & living areas are big & very nice with great amenities. My son loved sleeping in the bunk beds. With all adults or older children, this is a wonderful place to stay. However, I do feel like anyone looking for a place to stay with very small children, should know there are lots of stairs & it is difficult to leave a tiny child alone in this rental. We’d definitely stay here again when our children are older!
