“Clean room, super comfortable bed, big room, nice breakfast, but inefficient WiFi connection and no room service in the night. The room was spatious and my favorite thing was the bed. It was really comfortable and loved I had 4 pillows for myself. Also, the room and bathroom were really clean and I liked the breakfast options. Another thing I liked was the location, very close to train station. Just have two remarks: the WiFi wasn’t good, my computer got disconnected a couple of times and lots……

Bir oda için sorun çözüldü fakat diğer oda için uzun süre beklemek zorunda kaldık. Kart odayı açmadı, alternatif olarak anahtar da bulunamadı ve bu süreç gereğinden fazla uzadı. Durumu resepsiyon görevlisine iletip oda değişimi talep ettiğimde, maalesef kaba bir şekilde “Doluyuz” ve “Uğraşıyorum” gibi yanıtlar aldım. Elbette……

“I stayed for two nights at the hotel, which is opposite the entrance of Ankara Castle and on the top of the hill, with a good view. The hotel is decorated in a unique and antique style, and the staff is very good, so I would recommend it.”

“This hotel more than exceeded our expectations - in adding an extra room to our reservation very accommodatingly, to the delicious breakfast spread, the well air-conditioned room and to the friendly front staff. We only detracted one star because housekeeping never came to clean our room nor offer to change our towels for a 3-night stay. Not sure if we had to specifically request for them to come…”

“旅館位於安卡拉舊城區，房間及床都大，附近不遠有安卡拉菜市場，開車抵達時，旅館人員幫我把車開到地下室停車，退房時也幫我把車開上來，早餐很豐富，值得推薦。”

“Breakfast was correct but they might need to improve the quality of the coffee. The cappuccino or the Expresso are not really tasty because of an old coffee maker? Over all everything looks good. Location is very convenient; transportation around, great markets and many shops around. Few interesting sites to visit are also just close by.”

“一进酒店大门就闻到一股令人不快的霉味，房间里更是充满令人无法忍受的下水道臭味，只能经常开着窗户通风。房间门关上后留有很大的缝隙，既不安全也不隔音。早餐菜品种类少，蔬菜非常不新鲜，面包也是放在那里很多天的。客人用餐走后，服务员直接用手持吸尘器吸餐布，并没有每天消毒清洗。酒店的基础很好，但是维护和管理太差。”

“性价比很高。很干净，在老区，想看看旧时风情的旅客，这里是很不错的选择。”
