Jeff, the owner, was very responsive and every person we met along the way between getting the truck and letting us in the house was great.The view was the best we have had in St. John (5th time visiting) and was great for both sunrise and sunset. House was clean and had everything we needed. We rented the truck and was one of the highlights of the trip. We will be back in the future! "

"We loved every part of our stay here. The sleeping areas being separate from the kitchen/living room was perfect for our group to be able to retire to quite while other people enjoyed the pool at night. There was ample room for our group of six but plenty of space for more. Everything was clean and updated. Our host was attentive and helpful and we had everything we needed. The washing machine and 2 dryers made it easier to pack for the trip as we could wash clothes on the go. The views were beautiful and the view from the top of the hill kept things reasonable cool at night. We loved every second of this house and would stay again on our next island visit. The driveway is a bit steep so make sure you have a good jeep. "

Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Bay Rum Breeze! The pictures are exactly how the villa looks in person; beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The constant breeze made it so comfortable, and the outdoor showers were absolutely amazing! The property management company was very thorough, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location is also perfect offering prime access to the gorgeous North Shore beaches, and just a 20-minute ride into Cruz Bay for dining and shopping. We would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to coming back! It was perfect for our family of 6, but could easily accommodate 8. "

"This is the perfect location if you want to be away from it all but still be close to everything. The location was quiet and serene. We loved having coffee on the porch in the morning with the gorgeous view. Every day there were birds singing, cute lizards running about, and hummingbirds in the trees. Most beaches and trails were only about a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. "
