"Nice clean affordable Bed & Breakfast,the room was very spacious & a very comfortable beb,witn a nice clean bathroom .

The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it appears to be going and I'm sure when this is finished they will have a hotel to be proud of.
They have only owned this hotel for about 6 months and it is obvious they are making huge efforts to update...

"Room was nicely decorated, comfortable. Good tv. Shower room ideal for our needs. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and fresh.
Only slight fault was noise of traffic as we had window open

"Nice hotel, walking distance to the blacksmiths and all the gift shops. The room was a little dated but very spacious and clean. I loved the little fireplace heater. The staff was excellent and I enjoyed the breakfast. The only issue I had was the lack of outlets near the bed to charge your phone. I attended a wedding at Gretna and the reception was held here, I really enjoyed the dinner!"
