“This is my third year staying at this property. I have friends that live around the area so it is a nice quiet private space to reconnect. Paul the host is always quick to respond to any concerns I may have while staying. My dog Angel is in heaven literally 5 steps to the water . The beach and people are so kind and friendly. Love it!”

“This spot couldn’t be better! Bright and sunny. Spacious bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen. Great appliances in kitchen if you choose to cook. Short walk to Southport beach. Perfect private location. Stellar area for a bike ride (bikes provided) . Tons of fabulous restaurants and shops. We stayed for two weeks and it wasn’t enough. Can’t wait to return. Our host, Jeff, did so much to make our stay remarkable. ”

“We had a fantastic time at the cottage. We were coming from a family event in another state and found that even though this house was smaller in size, it was far better stocked with well-thought out amenities and helpful items for having a great stay. (One example: The other house lacked any place to hang a towel; we marveled that this house has a half-dozen different hooks or towel bars readily available for use.) The A/C worked really well despite it being a 90-degree heat wave.We found Jenna……

“This waterfront property has it all! A comfortable, well-appointed, modern, light-filled space designed to take full advantage of its location on a point. Sweeping views of the Sound and other Thimbles from a generous deck perfectly positioned for privacy. The nearby sandbar beach feels almost like your own and the sense of friendly community on this small island is evident. The owners are gracious, welcoming, and immediately attentive to every question or need. Cannot recommend more highly!”

“This place was perfection for my mom and I. The location was easy to get to from highway, the inside of the place was spotless, updated and cozy and property owner Susana was highly responsive to any questions we had. The location was ideal for walks both on the beach and on walking paths. We will definitely stay again in the future. ”
