"The chalet was well kitted out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was warm and had the addition of an open fire. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the slopes each day, which was perfect and meant we were skiing before 9am, with a short drive home after. "Nice room for me on the third floor. You can pretty much see the whole matterhorn which is the part matters the most for travellers. The room is clean with all drinks included in the fridge and the bottom of the still water bottle has a matterhorn-shaped and I am very delighted seeing and be able to have it for free. breakfast was delightful and various dishes supplied. Shuttle bus picked us up from and to the train station which is very nice. Although I have waited about 45 mins for the pick-up at the beginning. But I saw the construction in the town so I guess it was just a occasion. The overall experience was really delightful. I am very happy that staff has told me to go on the gornergrat at the first day because the weather was very very nice on the day. I would have missed it as it was raining the day after. Overall highly recommended!"
