“Sehr gutes Hotel am Flughafen, 8. Etage war sehr warm und die süd Seite des Hotels hat keine Rolladen, sondern nur Vorhänge. Man kann mit der Klimaanlage nur zu einem gewissen die Hitze regulieren. Frühstück war exzellent.”

“My review is not on the hotel, HiperSuites Residence. This review is on the behaviour on expedia staff who were very unhelpful ofor getting my full refund for the whole holiday due to easyjet agent at the boarding gate, gate 48 at London Gatwick airport who mishandled and lost my passport. Furthermore, I asked for the cctv footage to be reviewed which I am still waiting for. I also got the police involved who were more helpful to speed things up on my cctv footage. Basically this review is……

“Amazing hotel.. I highly recommend it. Excellent location close to the beaches. All of the staff is amazing especially Dilara who went above and beyond what was required of her. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to have kid friendly options available for breakfast like pancakes and waffles etc.”

“The receptionist/house cleaners were all great. They were all approachable and welcoming. My family felt safe in the area. No disruptive noise. The elevator worked. Decent sized pool and overall aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were great. The only thing about the place is that it smelled like cigarette smoke so we aired the place out and it was fine. No microwave. Lastly, they didn’t have wash cloths. They had towels however. I’d suggest taxi to get around. All in all 4 out of 5”

“Very welcoming staff…only stayed one night but had a great experience. They also have laundry on site which is a big plus point for families with kids.”

“I had an excellent experience, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the owner was very understanding, we had to check out at 10 am, but he allowed us to stay until 2 pm understanding that our flight was late. I recommend!”

“Stuff not helpful”

“Hussein did not disclose the additional charges so instead of t a 6 euro drink we end up paying 16 euros per drink. We did not notice until we requested the records for the room charges. We brought to their attention but nothing was considered or changed.”
