“I did not receive the room that I had booked for the images online. Do not reflect what you get when you actually check-in I tried to speak to them and get this resolved but they then said I would need to pay extra money to be moved rooms feels very extortionate after I’ve already paid for these rooms. “I had an excellent stay over the weekend for our first time in Antalya. Was there with 2 teenage boys and the lovely Melek in the reception spoiled us with the room! “Great location for easy access to the airport & so nice to have a pool. Although it had planes flying over, the noise from them wasn't too bad. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was great for space. The staff were really friendly.
