A great hotel. We had a mechanical problem in our room. Upon notifying the management our problem was resolved very quickly to our satisfaction in a very professional manner.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! The place is clean but the service from reception and management is TERRIBLE. They will not address any major problems and the manager is never there. We had MAJOR BARKING PROBLEMS from the room next to us which started the afternoon we got there . I finally had to shout at them to quiet their dog. Then around 8 p.m. the dog started continuous loud barking again. It eventually quit in about an hour. We finally got to sleep and around midnight it started again and kept us awake most of the night. I pounded on the wall and they made it quit. The next morning I went to the reception and they said they could do nothing about it, the manager would have to deal with it and he wasn't in til after 10 a. m. He never showed up and when I questioned them they said he didn't work mornings or evenings. I asked what time the next day to talk to him and they told me he doesn't work weekends . So I decided I would deal with him Monday but was told he was off work. I asked the receptionist to speak to the people in the next room about the noise and she said she couldn't that was up to the manager. So much for no rest the two days we were there. They told me to call around noon today so I did and was told he wasn't working and they had reviewed the cameras and there was no dog barking and refused to compensate me. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS NON GUEST SUPPORT LOCATION. IF YOU DO YOU ARE A FOOL. THEY DON'T CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

Great location. Very easy access. Free street parking . Lots of restaurants near by. Clean modern and great use of the space. Such a comfortable bed, and bedding!!
