Bad stay because the air conditioner did not work, the windows did not open, and the room became like a Sauna room.

No way it is 4 stars.

I'd rate it barely 3 stars. Nightstand was about 8x8 inches.not enough space for phone charger book tissues glasses etc. Toilet in separate room from sink and shower.

Could be better!

The room was dusty and looked unkempt. I couldn't boil water with the kettle because the inside of it was very dirty. The air conditioner was blowing hot even when the weather was reading about 27 degrees Celsius! Yet, when I raised it, there was no solution that could be found. Sleeping at night was extremely difficult because of the heat.

The bed and pull out bed was extremely comfortable. Great linens/duvets as well. AC was useful on the day we were there. Having access to the luggage room when we had to leave our luggage a little longer was a wonderful convenience for us. Excellent service!
