“We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property”

“We had a wonderful stay at Astoria and would definitely come back. The hotel was always very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was modern, comfortable and the bed was large enough for both of us. The air conditioning was excellent and definitely saved us during the hot days. “Schöne Lage des Hotels am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Pool war für unsere Zwecke groß genug und schön ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Gutes Frühstück in angenehmer Lage zur Fußgängerzone. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.”

“Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour 2 nuits afin d'effectuer dans les meilleures conditions la sublime mais difficile randonnée qui mène du plateau de Nida au sommet du Psiloritis. Pas vraiment le choix sur Anogia, village tout en longueur et sans charme comme cet hôtel pratique mais pas du tout chaleureux. C'est un assemblage de tout en mal fait, un bassin ignoble avec quatre oies criardes, une piscine et un spa ridicules, une taverne épouvantable etc. Seules choses qui sortent du lot: l'accueil……

“Amazing place if you want traditional housing and don't mind mountainous roads and you plan to travel into town from the village for eating out. The one taverna that serves food only opens at 2000 and isn't open every day. When they are open though they have Amazing food and the waitress was amazing as well. There's places to get groceries if you want to cook for yourself.”

“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted.
