“Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!”
“My first time in Samoa. Saletoga has a lovely family feel so remember it isnt a big chain like Hilton or Sofitel.
Positives
1. Staff are warm, friendly, respectful.
2. Wifi available in restaurant, reception, pool but not rooms.
3. Good buffet style breakfast with enough to keep you full and variety. Great fritters, donuts, mango, papaya. Had bacon once in 6 days. Juices. Or you can order from menu.
4. Water stations to refill water and keep in your fridge
5. Very clean. Id read about cocroaches……
“A stunning setting. Beautiful and very well kept grounds. We had an Ocean View Room, which was very spacious - more like a small apartment- with private deck overlooking the ocean. Just a few steps to the beach, the hotel pool and restaurant. Staff were very friendly indeed. Good choice of food available. We enjoyed the tropical breakfast which was included in the package. Premium coffees can be ordered and they were good too. Can highly recommend this resort for a relaxing holiday.”
“The location was great on the beach but a little away from anywhere. the transfer fee from the airport was quite expensive at 60 The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, clean and warm. The food was good.
The property was a little tired.
Good value though.”
