I was parked outside of my hotel room so I could see the curtains inside moving , but my entire family was down at the pool which made me go inside , and then the receptionist knock on the door and asked me to verify who I was And told me that there is a problem with room , but that I was in the correct room.. Saturday night was also chaos in a pool area.There were no rules I got hit in the face with football's while holding my two year old son, parents were drunk and not supervising their children who were holding up the slide , so other kids couldn't go down.. We were in Appleton visiting family and had our kids with us. We came to this hotel for the pool and not quite sure why our cousin (lives locally) could not join us to swim. I get that you don't want huge parties, but others should be able to join us. There is a huge pool that was 90% empty???? The staff and all the signs to this point were rude. Signs were posted EVERYWHERE. We were willing to pay for a day pass.
