The man running the place is a scammer, I booked online & reservation was paid. 1 bubble 3 beds. Only option gave me for booking. The man sold my room to another person left me stranded in the desert, he tried to extract more money for the beds…Mind you he did it to another couple as well. I’d never recommend staying here! Unless you want to get scammed! Terrible service & treatment. Huge Advice Watch out be cautious which camp you make arrangements with! Worse experience! With no hesitation he left us stranded in the middle of the desert the city was not even wadi rum as listed on the site! His rude greedy behavior ruined our trip! Stay safe everyone!

Con: The room were not really clean. Lots of dust on most of the surface. The bathroom wasn't really clean. The mirror and the vanity was dirty. A bit of black mold in the shower. Not paper towels. The mini fridge freezer was pretty disgusting. The bed sheets wasn't big enough for the bed. The pool was clean, but there was no shade. Not much seating. The synthetic green wasn't super clean. Parking was free. Pro: The breakfast was good. The staff was freely.

8.4/10 Very Good! (36 reviews)
I need to highlight the unfortunate geopolitical climate that Aqaba is currently in and that this must have affected tourism and the economic situation in the region... so most likely the hotel is short staffed or facing financial hardship. But we did pay for our rooms and expected better. We arrived from our 9-hour - cross border drive to a piping hot and mouldy-humid smelling rooms that took pretty much all night to cool. There are serious issues with the piping: water is dripping in the washrooms 24/7.
