"The hotel was very nice. The location was in walking distance to all three gates into Pompeii ruins. The hotel was in the center of multiple restaurants and lots of shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast dining room has an amazing view of the archeology site."

When I got to the resort my heart felt to the ground. This amazing resort was on top of a mountain. The view were spectacular. You see the entire city Bocoli. There was two things I loved the most. One, the staff were so nice to us. Made us feel right at home. We got spoiled but more than anything we felt like family. Second, after traveling all over Europe, we just wanted to relax. This place was so quiet and peaceful. Also, because we went there in October (off season). We had the resort to...

We picked this one because we were visiting relatives who live a mile away. Clean, modern rooms with great bathroom (you have to have been to Italy to appreciate bathrooms - you know what I am talking about if you have ever stayed in an Italian city historic district !). Secure, easy parking (a plus in Naples). We didn't eat in the restaurant because we ate out with the relatives every night, but the free breakfast was good. There was a bakery/snack bar at the front of the hotel on the road...

I stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The breakfast was five star every morning and the servers were great. Even the wifi was strong. There is a great food place across the street and a grocery store and a train stop to downtown is right there as well. This is a great little gem on the outside of town and worth it! I will stay here again in May when I return.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
Awesome breakfast.
Rooms are clean and beautiful.
Stayed for 4 nights unfortunately the last night we had very noisy neighbor that toke away all the comfort from the entire floor.

Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.
Cheers!

For me and my husband property was very convenient because we wanted to be close to the stadium.
If you’re not there for a game than its better to get hotel near the sea.
stuff was very nice. Hotel is brand new and everything is high tech)) room service was done everyday. Rooms are really soundproof.
We loved staying there.

Front desk was amazing. They arranged transfer from the airport and private all day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip, great hotel. Staff was the best!

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The "relax" part gives you access to an area with two saunas, two hot tubs, a number of emulsion showers, a pool, and an area with a few...

Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

This hotel was a 5-star hotel in all respects and even better it was not a big chain owned hotel. Beautiful decor and room. Great service -- I think the lady at the front desk the night we were there spoke at least 3 languages (French, English, Italian).
The hotel is located in a really hip area filled with tons of local bars, restaurants and a few minutes walk from the Naples harbor. Naples has a bad rap for being sketchy -- and that is certainly true near the train station -- but this...

The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We went here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff left a bottle of champagne in the room as a welcome and accommodated our request for a higher level room and queen bed.
The location is great. It's an easy walk to town but enough apart to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a good size and many feature balconies. I would recommend paying extra to get a sea view. It's worth it!

A newly opened hotel - Steps from all the action!
Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

Great place with friendly staff, modern rooms, and amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would also highly recommend the massage service. Andrea, the massage therapist comes to your room and gives wonderful massages to help you relax and unwind after a long day of walking around town. Must try!

The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.
The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the same building as the Naples metro which makes it very convenient to use the metro to get into the center of Naples. We wanted to find a hotel close to the Posillipo are and this hotel is perfect. A parking lot is adjacent to the hotel so it is very convenient. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and they served a full breakfast with many selections. This is our third stay in this hotel.

The best area to stay in Arco Felice is along the main thoroughfare of Via Miliscola and the surrounding streets near the coast.
This area is the heart of Arco Felice, known for its proximity to the Gulf of Pozzuoli and its selection of local eateries and shops. You'll find many accommodations here within walking distance of the small beaches and the town's central spots. It's a convenient base for exploring the local area on foot.
Couples will find this area particularly appealing due to its pleasant coastal setting and the availability of restaurants with sea views. It offers a relaxed atmosphere for evening strolls and enjoying local cuisine.
Travelers interested in historical sites will appreciate staying here as it provides easy access to nearby archaeological parks and the ancient Roman ruins of Baia, which are just a short drive away.
When is the best time to go to Arco Felice?
The best time to go to Arco Felice is during the shoulder seasons of late spring (April to early June) and early autumn (September to October).
During these months, you'll experience pleasant weather that's ideal for exploring the region's historical sites without the intense heat and larger crowds of mid-summer. The temperatures are comfortable for walking around and enjoying outdoor activities, and the natural beauty of the Phlegraean Fields is at its peak.
For travelers who prefer a quieter experience and cooler temperatures, late autumn (November) can also be a good option, though some coastal activities might be less available.
Where can I find the best nightlife in Arco Felice?
Arco Felice offers a focused nightlife experience, primarily centered around its main thoroughfare and the nearby lakefront.
The Via Miliscola area is the main street for evening activities. You'll find a concentration of casual bars, pubs, and cafes that extend their hours into the evening. Many establishments here offer outdoor seating, which is popular for drinks and socializing. Some venues also feature live music, typically acoustic sets or DJ performances on weekends.
Along the shores of Lago d'Averno, you'll discover a selection of restaurants and lounge bars. These venues often provide scenic views of the lake and are known for their cocktail menus and more relaxed ambiance.
