"The staff was delightful. When I thought I'd lost my water cup, they helped me look and offered one that had been left long ago. I found mine under the car seat where it had rolled! The breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. Mandy (I think) was funny and helpful. A good experience!"

"I was so impressed and pleased with my stay at Clarion Pointe Mattoon. From our check in until our departure, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was so clean and updated. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very peaceful experience. We have stayed down the road at the pricier hotel and this stay was comparable to it, only the price was better! If I had to have something to mention, the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not have its own control. "

"The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for an escape from society. Its far enough from town to feel secluded but close enough that you can easily drive in to grab essentials. The hot tub was clean and a preheated for our stay. The hardest part about the entire stay was leaving. It felt nice to get away for a few days. "
