“What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. “The positive. The people who were working, clearly understaffed, still friendly and helpful. The towels were nice, no self exfolianting here. The floor was CLEAN in our room. We were separate socks when we stay in a room. Then put them away bc usually room floors aren’t so clean. Not so positive. No blanket, just a sheet and decorative bed cover, the air conditioner is 6” from one side of the bed, the bathtub/shower is falling apart and the shower curtain has mold. Room 236.
