“I've been here a number of times for work and it's my go-to place if I'm working in that area. It always feels really chilled and the restaurant is excellent with a range of Scottish and seafood dishes and delicious vegetarian options too. I'll definitely be back again. ”

The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient.”

“The Crinan hotel was lovely , the staff were amazing , could not have been more helpful. The food in the restaurant in my opinion was excellent, beautifully prepared and the portions were good . The location was stunning and would definitely stay there again .”

“Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!).
