“Absolutely loved our stay at The Creggans Inn. The hotel is in a stunning location right on the lochside with ample parking and reasonably hidden secure parking for our motorcycles. The check in was faultless and the rooms immaculate and very, very big with massive bathrooms. The food was really good with a reasonable choice, We rated highly the comprehensive breakfast with ample juice, tea and coffee, Delicious fruit salad, hearty Scottish cooked breakfast and pastries ( although not all in one……

“Was ok. Peaceful location but huge gravel car park directly in front of ground floor rooms was noisy in morning and evening. Stale smell inside the hotel in general. Staff were overly “formal / professional” - felt almost awkward at times and didnt feel friendly. Hot breakfast for £25 not good value, continental breakfast at £17 also not good value (yoghurt, granola, canned fruit and watermelon). Good bedding, comfortable beds, but at this price I would not return.”

“I had a very peaceful overnight stay while travelling for work. The scenery is lovely and a very comfortable and well equipped pod with kitchen, coffee machine and plenty of options for local walks and running. ”

“Lovely views of Loch Awe. The driver wasn’t so happy about the long single track road but the other two enjoyed the solitude and quiet at the end of the road. Rooms are comfortable and all different.”
